Shipping policy

Everything is made to order in a one-man atelier in Granada, so a piece exists only after you order it. Total delivery time is the making time plus the shipping time below.

Making time

• Wallets and small leather goods — 1 to 2 days
• Waist bags — up to 1 week
• Bags and totes — around 2 to 3 weeks
• Corsets and bespoke commissions — around 2 weeks from approval of the design

If anything is running longer than this, we tell you before you pay, not after.

Shipping time

• Spain and the European Union — about 1 week after dispatch, tracked
• United States and rest of world — up to 2 weeks after dispatch, tracked

All orders ship from Granada, Spain. You receive a tracking number by email when your piece leaves the bench.

Duties and taxes

Prices include Spanish VAT where it applies. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country; these are set by the receiving country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will happily send it again once the return shipping and reshipping costs are covered.
